Wanderburg Early Access Release Date & Launch Guide
Wanderburg is scheduled for Steam Early Access on September 8, 2026. Check the demo, Windows requirements and what the date means.
Quick answer
Wanderburg is scheduled to enter Steam Early Access on September 8, 2026. As checked on September 6, Steam still lists the game as unavailable. This is an Early Access launch, not a confirmed version 1.0 release. Steam store
What to do before launch
- Open the Steam listing and check the availability button before trying to install the main game.
- Use the separate demo download if you want to try the game beforehand. Playing the demo is not the same as owning or installing the Early Access release.
- Compare your computer with the Windows requirements below.
- Keep your demo progress intact, but do not plan around it transferring. Read the demo save-transfer guide before grinding unlocks specifically for launch.
Windows requirements
The store lists a 64-bit processor and operating system, Windows 10 or higher, an Intel Core i5 10th Generation, 4 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, DirectX 11 and 2 GB available storage as minimum requirements. Meeting a minimum specification is not a promise of a particular frame rate. Steam requirements
Early Access versus the full release
Early Access means the game is offered while development continues. Do not read September 8 as a promise that every system, balance change or planned addition is final. A future full-release date is a separate announcement.
The date alone also does not establish an exact worldwide unlock hour. Check Steam in your region when you are ready to install; do not assume midnight locally.
Demo problems at launch
If the demo stops responding to movement, record which version and input device you used. An old demo report does not establish that the same issue exists in Early Access. The controls and movement guide explains how to distinguish the reported symptoms.
This is an independent fan guide, not an official Randwerk or Sidekick Publishing announcement.
